Marc Santora's piece in today's New York Times, The Elusive Measure Known as the Square Foot, features yours truly as it is a subject near and dear to my heart. The Manhattan real estate market remains BUYER BEWARE when it comes to square footage as there still exists NO standard form of measurement or any entity to police reported "approximations."
